So I lost 0.02 pounds this week, or in other words I lost sweet FA!  I mean yes, I admit the weekend was a bit of a food fest (into that bowl of Colpi ice cream I mentioned last night I added melted squares of Dairy Milk), but that being said, I was very good last Monday to Friday pre- 8pm running up to the weekend.

Based on my previous post, which concludes that most people put on weight after the weekend, I am going to move my weigh in day to a Friday morning in the hope that that, and 100% effort this week will make a difference…100% effort that is until Friday night when I have my brother and his wife’s at home wedding reception, which is likely to be a fantastically boozy affair, and then Saturday to Sunday afternoon when I have my oldest friend’s hen party…  Then I guess if I am being honest I will also likely have a curry on Sunday night…

After this weekend I am going to get more serious about this diet…
